Story: it is the story of four strangers - Bobby (Dino Morea), Omi (Rohit Roy), Jai (Bikram Saluja) and Lucky (Sanjay Suri) - who meet in a compartment of a train headed for Mumbai.

The foursome discuss their future plans - Bobby wants to become an actor. Om is on the lookout for the man who has robbed his father of his wealth.

Jai is on his way to Mumbai to re-unite with his lost love and Lucky is all set to try his luck in the city and make big bucks via gambling.

Once in Mumbai a chain of events leads them to Musabhai (Sanjay Dutt) who is the king of the underworld. Thus begins the story of ‘Plan’.
