The janmashthami puja is in progress and Walia family celebrate Krishna and Atharva s birthday. Ranvir speaks to Rashi who lays down conditions for divorce.

Rano asks Rashi to attend to Pia at the outhouse. Ranvir gets irritated with Rashi decides to take an extreme step.

Jigyasa sees the irritation in Ranvir, she taunts both Rano and Ranvir. Ranvir comes to the outhouse and tells the nurse to go away.

He decides to get rid of Rashi forever and while Rashi is in the outhouse, he sets it on fire. At the pooja, Ranvir sees Rashi there and is confused. It happens such that Rano and Pia get trapped in the fire.
