Story: Aditya(Bobby Deol) was once an army officer who fell in love with Payal (Lara Dutta), daughter of a senior officer.

But due to some arguments with senior officials, he was asked to leave the army. Adding insult to injury, girlfriend Payal decides to dump him too.

Aditya’s brother Anuj(Ritesh Desmukh) is found dead and the police believe he was a drug dealer. Aditya decides he must clear his brother’s name.

However he faces many difficulties whilst trying to uncover the truth. His search for the truth uncovers the series of terrible events that lead to his brother’s death.

Aditya decides to take it upon himself to clear up his dead brother’s image when the police refuse to do so. He takes recourse to the justice system and goes to court, taking the help of Payal, who is now a lawyer and old emotions are now slowly rekindled.

However, his adversaries will stop at nothing to ensure that the truth remains hidden and Aditya has no option but to take up the gun to prove his brother’s innocence.
