Abhishek meets Mr. Kriplani, the man who owns the building where Antara and Vidya live, and asks him to sell the building to him. Abhishek’s desire to buy the building confuses Kriplani because ever since he has brought the building, he has failed to take its possession. But Abhishek says getting the building vacated is his problem. Abhishek seals the deal with Kriplani and buys his childhood home.
Due to Antara’s schedule, Vidya fails to reach her recording on time. The producer yells at Vidya at her unprofessional behavior. However, once the recording is complete, the producer has only words of praise for Vidya’s talent.
With the money earned at the recording, Vidya and Antara go to store to purchase a microwave. However, the exorbitant prices disappoint Vidya as she finds herself unable to afford the appliance.
Antara and Vidya are walking home when Antara sees Abhishek passing by in a cab. Due to Abhishek’s striking resemblance to Aditya, Antara starts calling him papa. But Abhishek fails to hear Antara and fades into the distance.
