Shaadi No 1 tells the story of three couples: Raj /Bhavana (Fardeen & Ayesha), Veer /Diya (Zayed & Esha) and Aryan /Sonia (Sharman & Soha).

The husbands feel that their wives don’t respect them enough since they are worthless. They even try to commit suicide, but in vain. As luck would have it, they save an entrepreneur, Kothari (Satish Shah), from committing suicide, and he asks them to join his business.

Kothari has a problem: His daughters, Madhuri (Ria Sen), Dimple (Sophie Chaudhary) and Rekha (Aarti Chhabria), don’t want to have an arranged marriage. Kothari wants the three guys to woo his daughters and then dump them, so that they realize that love affairs can go wrong as well.

Saloni and Jiji are shocked to see that Tara’s car is going down hill… meanwhile Tara gets up from her sleep and jumps out of the car but unfortunately she falls on the ridge… she holds the ridge and calls for help… the car driver doesn’t show his courage to save Tara’s life… so Saloni saves her but in the struggle of saving Tara’s life she gets stuck in the same situation… but Saloni somehow holds a tree branch… Tara screams for help… just then a person, called Yug, comes and rescues Saloni in a heroic manner… meanwhile Nahar and party also reach at that point… Jiji tells them what happened there… all thank Yug… Jiji is fuming that Yug spoiled her plan… then they come to know that Yug is actually a singer… who has arrived there in search of Rajasthani folk… Nahar tells him that even Saloni is a great singer and she can help him in his search of classical folk of Rajasthan… as all leave, Yug finds Saloni’s mangalsutra… and as Nahar and family comes back home Nahar and Saloni decide to share their doubt that Jiji was behind all this with the other family members… but no one is ready to believe that Jiji is doing all this… Now Nahar tells them that they doubt on Jiji because Jiji & Tara’s father has revealed a secret to him…
