Synopsis

When Natwar sees his honest police inspector brother being prosecuted on account of false implications by an underworld smuggler Vikram, he looses faith in justice and honesty. Even after his brother is proved innocent he cannot forget the guy who caused his family much damage. He grows up to a clean-looking smuggler who smugglers from bad guys and distributes the loot among poor. He is devoted to his brother and sister-in-law. He has one ambition: to find out Vikram and seek revenge.

Synopsis

The story is about Durga (Rakhee) who has lost her sons Karan (Salman Khan) and Arjun (Shah Rukh Khan) to the hands of Thakur Durjan Singh (Amrish Puri). Durga prays to Goddess Kali to bring her sons back to seek revenge. Durga?s prayers are answered and the dead sons are born again as Ajay (Salman Khan) and Vijay (Shah Rukh Khan), but to different mothers. Vijay is a superb rider and is in love with Soniya (Kajol) whose father Saxena (Ranjeet) is Durjan Singh?s partner in crime and Durjan?s son Suraj is engaged and to be married to Sonia. Durga is awaiting her sons, a driving force leads them to her! Shah Rukh Khan shines as a loving son and a young man in love.

Raghvendra criticizes Loha Singh for allowing Shekhar to keep a concubine (Laali) even though he has a wife (Siddheshwari). Raghvendra cancels Mukul and Ratna’s marriage as he doesn’t want to build relationships with such a family. Loha tries explaining but Raghvendra is adamant and breaks the relation. Ratna is shattered.

Siddheshwari vows to take revenge on Shekhar for slapping her in front of everyone.

Shekhar criticizes Laali for accusing Mukul without any proofs and without knowing the actual truth.

The story takes a dramatic turn when Ratna locks herself in her room and refuses to open the door. Loha, Shekhar and others panic. Shekhar and Ranvijay break the door. All are horrified to see Ratna hanging from the ceiling fan.
Is Ratna dead?

Dev and Radhika leave for their vacation in Malaysia. Dev’s departure saddens Vishakha and Ammaji continues nagging her about allowing Dev to leave in the first place. But in a rare show of wisdom, Vishakha says that her past behavior has ensured that she is not destined to be with Dev.

Dev and Radhika arrive at their hotel in Malaysia. Unknown to both of them, a mysterious man keeps following Radhika. Meanwhile, Mrinalini wonders what will the man she had called do when he sees Radhika.

Ammaji tries to convince Dev’s family that Vishakha has changed by making her take care of a few chores around the house. However, Dadi makes her displeasure clear and wonders why Ammaji has not left with Vishakha yet. Vivek says he will try to make Ammaji realize that she has overstayed her welcome and must leave with Vishakha at the earliest.

Dev and Radhika are in their hotel room when Radhika hears a familiar tune being played on a harmonica outside their door. Radhika opens the door and is shocked to see someone there. Who could the mysterious person be?

The doctor informs Anuj and Anita that they will have to deposit Rs 1 lakh for Rajinder’s treatment. Anita is shocked after hearing this.

Simi comes to the hospital but Anita tries to stop her from meeting Rajinder. A livid Simi slaps Anita.

Anita suggests to Anuj that they should shift Rajinder to a less expensive hospital.

Simi is shocked after the doctor informs her that Anuj and Anita plan to shift Rajinder to some other hospital. Simi tries to stop Rajinder from being shifted but is shocked after Manju supports Anuj’s decision.

Abhi reaches the hospital and warns everyone that he has informed the police that they are guilty of putting a patient’s life in danger. The senior doctor then orders the doctor treating Rajinder to get him shifted back in the ward, as the money for his treatment has been paid.

Simi then announces that she will take care of Rajinder.

Ajit misbehaves with Savita after he bumps into her in the market. Savita gets into a verbal and physical fight with him. Varsha arrives and gives an earful to Ajit. She threatens to expose his character in front of everyone. Savita spits on Ajit. Although Ajit is furious, he is forced to leave.

Vinod is called to a women welfare organization after Manjusha complains against him. Over there, Vinod says he regrets slapping Manjusha. He apologizes to her for the act. Manjusha is moved by Vinod’s gesture and she forgives him. This doesn’t go well with Rasika.

Rasika wants Ajit to go to America next day as she is annoyed by his antics. She wants Ajit to go away before his true nature gets exposed in front of everyone. Although Ajit is surprised, he agrees. However, he refuses to leave on the next day as he wishes to spend time with Savita on the occasion of Gudi Padawa. Actually, Ajit is eager to spoil Archana and Manav’s day on Gudi Padawa.

What is Ajit’s plan?

Abha pleads her case in front of Jagmohan and tries to convince him that the only reason she lied about her identity was because she desperately needed a job. She also assures Jagmohan of her brother’s innocence and requests him to get him released on bail.

To protect himself, Vimal accuses Abha of lying and playing another trick to win their trust so that she can betray them again. But the story takes a surprise twist as Jagmohan tells Abha that he will get Prakash released only if she continues working for him at Swarna Bhavan.

Abha finds it difficult to believe that Jagmohan had an instant change of heart and feels that he wants her to work with him for an ulterior motive. But since it is the only way she can free Prakash, Abha agrees.
Chandra Prabha breathes a sigh of relief when she sees Abha return home with Prakash. She leaves for the temple to thank God for Prakash’s release. But the moment she steps out of the house, she is shocked to see Jagmohan standing there.
