Garv is based on the men in uniform and their personal problems. It is the story of Mumbai police officers Arjun Ranavat (Salman Khan), Samar Singh (Amrish Puri) and Hyder Ali (Arbaaz Khan).

Under the supervision of Samar Singh, special task force officers Arjun Ranavat and Hyder Ali are assigned a mission, to clean up the menace of the underworld.
