Asmi Ganatra (Juhi Chawla), is an aspiring director who has been given a chance by her company to make a reality show on marriage . For this project, Asmi approaches the Joshi family in Mumbai.

The Joshis don’t know how to react to Asmi’s proposal to cover the marriage of their daughter for a TV network. Though the bride’s father is willing to go along with the idea, there are some members in the family who are thoroughly opposed to the idea.

Manoj Joshi (Irfan Khan), the bride-to-be’s youngest uncle, develops a soft corner for Asmi. Getting an inkling of Manoj’s feelings, Asmi decides to use him for the project. With his help she gets hidden cameras installed in the house. Then, as the hidden cameras begin to roll, the inner life of the Joshi family is captured on reel, unknown to them. (more…)

Major, Ajju, Marc Isaak, Andy, Baali and Mak are petty criminals who are always hauled in whenever the cops are in search of suspects.

The logic being, “if they have committed a crime once, what’s to stop them from committing another?” Tired of being scapegoats to the policemen’s fancy, the six decide to get back in their own way - by robbing the Service Bank, where the LA cops have their accounts. (more…)

Debraj Sahai (Amitabh) is a teacher for the deaf and blind. The school at which he teaches asks him to leave because of his drinking and failing eyesight. Star Plus has it, so too does Sony’s SET channel; and now Subhash Chandra’s Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd will soon have it as well – a flanking channel that is.

If all goes according to schedule, Zeel will be launching a sibling to its flagship channel Zee TV within the next three to five months. While the name of the channel is yet to be finalized as yet, reliable sources at Zeel say that it has been given a working title Zee Next.

Zee Next is envisioned as a metro-centric entertainment channel that will have content that in scope and feel will be quite similar to what was envisaged for Star Plus’ sibling Star One, when it first launched in late 2004, the sources say. (more…)

Salman Khan plays Hero, a chap who works in a courier company owned by Khanna (Shakti Kapoor). He lives in a basti and loves Rani (Rani Mukherjee), who, however, considers him just a good friend.

inspector Vishal (Arbaaz Khan), who works in the narcotics department, suspects that Khanna is involved in a drug ring. Hero stands up for his boss, but soon discovers that Vishal was right.

Khanna kills Hero in a confrontation and shoots Vishal in the heart. The police department decides to transplant Hero’s heart into Vishal’s body. (more…)
