Akash arrests Aryan after he confesses. Just then, Harsh enters, Aryan asks Harsh for help but Harsh turns his face away. After the Police takes away Aryan, Harsh looks at Neel and is shocked. Sitadevi tells Harsh that he is all alone now, he has lost every one.

Vaidehi goes to meet Aryan in jail and tells him that Janaki is also alive. Aryan gets very angry and tells the hawaldar that he wants to talk to his father but he’s told that his father doesn’t want to talk to him at all. Aryan cannot believe this and gets very angry.

He decides to testify against his father. Harsh is shocked to hear this. Neel and Vaidehi enter Jaisingh house for the first time as a married couple. Harsh in his frustration tries to commit suicide. But Vaidehi tells him that she could not let him escape so easily and had taken out the bullets from his gun. (more…)

Neel is very angry wih Vaidehi and asks her why she went back to Aryan. She tells Neel that she is here only to avenge Neel’s death. Just then Aryan enters the room. Neel hears Vaidehi speak to Aryan as Bhairavi and understands everything.

Vaidehi also tells Neel that she is pregnant.The next day, Bhumija suddenly comes back home with her baggage. Every one is stunned to see her.Meanwhile, Sidhath sees a letter from Bhumija where she has written that she only wants to see Sidharth happy and is therefore leaving him forever.

Bhumija blames her father and brother for ruining her life. Vaidehi sees all this and determines to bring Bhumija and Sidharth back together. She meets Sidhath and explainshim that Bhumija really loves him and needs his support right now. (more…)

Vaidehi and Aryan are about to see Neel, when the nurse comes and stops them saying that he has no senses and that they can hand over the blankets to her. As they are leaving, Neel sees Vaidehi and starts getting convulsions. Neel is in the emergency room. The doctors are about to give up, just then the monitor starts responding again.

Vaidehi goes up to Sidharth who has come to take back Bhumija and requests him to take care of Bhumija. Meanwhile, Harsh is angry that Aryan could not handle an important contract in his absence. Vaidehi uses this as another opportunity to incite Aryan against Harsh.

Yash comes home late night; he is drunk and tries to act fresh with Vaidehi. She ignores him but he catches her. Just then Maitheli comes and notices Vaidehi getting close to Yash. On seeing Maitheli, Harsh says that Vaidehi was trying to ensnare him. (more…)

Aryan is outside Vaidehi’s house. Aryan is about to see Vaidehi when Akash suddenly comes from behind and calls out to Aryan. Arundhati notices Aryan and questions his intentions. Akash apologizes to Arundhati and takes away Aryan. Vaidehi realizes how close she was to getting caught.

Arundhati shows Vaidehi the pictures of Aruyan and Harsh that she had taken at the party and encourages her to not get emotional and remain focused about her mission.

Next, the barat has already left for Jaisingh house. Tara who comes to attend Bhumija’s s wedding finds out that Akash is the son of the Jaisingh family. Bhumija and Sitadevi are having an emotional conversation when Maya comes and tells them that the baraat has come. (more…)

Harsh is shocked to hear this and reprimands Aryan for this. Meanwhile, Akash reaches Tara’s house and gets very exasperated with her vanity and frivolity. Aryan sends his men at Bhairavi’s place with clothes, cosmetics, jewelry etc.

in the evening at Jaisingh house, evertyone including Arundhati are eagerly waiting for Vaidehi to arrive but she doesn’t turn up. Arundhati ridicules the Jaisinghs in front of all their guests. Harsh asks Aryan about Vaidehi. Aryan tells him he’ll get her. He rushes to Bhaiarvi’s house but is shocked to find the house locked!

Neel proposes marriage to Vaidehi and she finally accepts. They go to a temple and there in front of God they get married. Neel ties the black thread with the Om pendant, which his mother had given him around Vaidehi’s neck. Vaidehi is overwhelmed with emotion.

After this, they call up Sita Devi and inform her about their marriage. Sita Devi gives her blessings to the newly wed. Neel takes Vaidehi to a village fair and buys her glass bangles and a red dupatta. But they are jolted back into reality when they find out that Aryan’s men are looking for them in the village.

They decide to leave the village immediately. They hitch a ride in a tempo, trek through difficult terrains and finally reach the sea side. Neel hires a boat that will ferry them across the sea, where they would be safer. However, they would have to spend the night on the boat itself. Neel decorates the whole boat with lanterns for Vaidehi. They consummate on the boat. Next morning, Vaidehi goes down to the washroom for a shower while Neel is fast asleep. (more…)

In earlier episode Aryan tried to kill Neal who is saved by Vaidehi. Sitadevi comes to know about Aryans intentions she pleads Neel and Vaidehi to elope. Neel refuses. Dixit collapses due to chest pain and Neel takes him to hospital. Vaidehi visits him at her house.

Harshvardhan invites Siddharth and his family to finalize Bhumijas marriage on Dasshera pooja. Dasshera is celebrated at Jaisingh’s house Mr.Oberoi visits him to greet him for their 100 crores deal but Harshvardhan is surprised to see the oberoi’s, as he did not want to discuss the deal as it was a private affair. Snigdha Akolkar will soon be seen in Sony’s launching serial Vaidehi, She shot to fame with her character, Shyamlee in Shara One’s Hare Kaanch ki Choodiyan. The show will be on air from 5 June 2006. “I play the parallel lead in the show, my character Janaki forming the basic suspence of the show. The show revolves around the lives of two girls,” says Snigdha, refusing to divulge any details.

The show produced by Aroona Irani, stars Sachin Sharma, Pallavi Kulkarni and Nikkhil Arya in important roles. “Janaki will wear simple sarees…she’s a simple girl, who is very mature and has a kid. She is subtle and very level headed,” says Snigdha, who has been shooting non stop for one and a half months for the two shows simultaneously.

Here the scenes are different than Hare…and I have the scope to do a variety of things that I might not be able to do in the Sahara show. I have had no holiday for a very long time, but the best part is that I have two great roles and production houses that are great to work with. My experience with Aroonaji was an amazing one and I am looking forward to Vaidehi going on air,” says the visibly excited actor Snigdha.
